Job Qualifications
The Office Manager will support the one or more individuals by providing an in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures and tools required. This position will need to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Essential Functions - Executive Assistant
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the President, and a few other leaders, as needed.
- Manage CEO's expense reports, calendar, travel, and credit cards
- Be the lead representative for the Dallas office on the company-wide Employee Activities Committee
- Plan and execute employee activities and events for the various offices.
- Manage badging process for projects, as needed.
- Provide overall office support and back-up to Project Assistant
Essential Functions - Receptionist
- Greet and assist all visitors.
- Manage mail and deliveries.
- Serve as liaison between office building management and employees. Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, etc, and communicate relevant building information to employees.
- Schedule use of conference rooms, manage meeting set-up and breakdown, and coordinate necessary food and beverages.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including snacks and beverages.
- Coordinate workspace set-up for new hires, including supplies and equipment.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Job Description
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience with hands-on executive administrative support and office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and professional demeanor are a must.
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
